1. Is there a setup fee?
No. None of our plans — Free, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise — have a setup fee. You only pay the monthly subscription.
2. Can I pay monthly?
Yes. All plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
3. What happens if I hit the message limit?
Your bot pauses auto-replies until the next billing cycle resets your count. You'll see a warning in the dashboard before you hit the cap.
4. How many team members can I invite?
Free: none. Starter: 1 member. Growth: up to 3 members. Team members can view conversations and internal notes but cannot change billing or bot config.
5. What is the confidence threshold?
A Growth-only setting that controls how sure the bot must be before auto-replying. Higher threshold = fewer replies but higher accuracy.
6. Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. You connect via QR code scan. Your number stays yours — WaBot does not require a new number.
7. Is my data safe?
Your data is stored in an isolated PostgreSQL database with row-level security. We do not share your conversations or knowledge base with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Unused messages from your old plan carry over when upgrading.
9. Do you offer a free trial?
The Free plan is your trial — 20 messages/month at no cost, no credit card required.
